Thank you for your purchase. Each sculpture is crafted with great care and individually inspected before shipping. However, if there is an issue, we are here to help.

Damaged Goods

If the item arrives damaged:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email with clear photographs of the item and the packaging.

• A full refund or replacement will be issued only if damage is confirmed and documented.

• You may be asked to return the item, or dispose of it as instructed.

Returns (Undamaged Items)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.

• The sculpture must be in its original, unused condition and shipped back in the original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

A refund will be issued only after the item is received and inspected. If the item is damaged or altered upon return, no refund will be given.

Important Notes

• All returns must be pre-approved. Do not send back items without contacting us first.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

• Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

According to Israeli Law

This policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, התשמ"א–1981, including:

• Custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation unless defective.

• The right to cancel applies only to private consumers (not resellers or institutions).

• The refund process may take up to 14 business days from cancellation confirmation.
